OWWW....
Just got back from the midnight run. Ran the 10k i raced the first half and then coasted the second. I came through the 5k in just over 16 minutes. Looks like jumpin to ninety miles a week really got me goin. but yeah 5 or 6 overall and 1st in the age group. the race was really cool it was out and back but it was pitch black the whole time and the road was lined with candles the whole way out and back it was really neat. Alright really late i need a shower and sleep. night night!
