I don't even know if I have twenty favorite pairings, but let's see. This is mostly in no particular order, although the ones I think of first will be listed first, and that probably means they're closer to the front of my mind.

Heh, I completely lost control of that latest thread; it turned into a "was he trying to kill them or not?" debate and pretty much just took off. I stopped trying to keep track of it after a while. :P

MIROSAN. <3 Okay, well, you got up to the part in the anime where he asks Sango to bear his child, right? Cuz he did, and she said yes, and it was the best moment in the history of time. But, moving on to more recent events--Miroku got poisoned really badly a while back, and although Kikyou healed him, she couldn't completely fix the wound; every time he uses the kazaana now, the poison spreads, and if he continues to use it, it'll eventually reach his heart and kill him. Miroku chose not to tell Sango or anyone else about this; currently the only one who knows is Inuyasha, who can smell the shouki. Miroku made him promise not to tell the others. (Incidentally, on the subject of bonds, Inuyasha and Miroku's is another manly bond I love. XD)

ANYWAY. It still posed a problem, because Miroku couldn't protect Sango, and he had issues with feeling useless and so forth (rather justified, considering there were some really close calls). So, eventually Hiraikotsu broke during a battle, and Sango took it to this crazy little demon guy to fix it. And to do so, she had to undergo this weird test; long story short, it was kind of a mental thing, and she ended up professing her feelings for Miroku rather beautifully before it ended. <3 "If that man dies, I won't be able to live," or something like that. At the same time, Miroku chose to drink this poison that would numb the pain from his kazaana whenever he used it--it wouldn't heal it at all, and the wound would still grow wider whenever he used it, but it wouldn't hinder him at all. Inuyasha thought it was retarded, but Miroku gave his own little speech. "Whether I drink this or not means I get to choose how to live. I want to live to fight... and protect Sango." And it was all very awesome.

You can actually read scans online of the latest chapters here; the arc I'm referring to took place from chapter 481 through chapter 487, I think. And I'm leaving out a ton of stuff, really. I used to have every chapter from like 300 onward scanned and downloaded on my hard drive, but I lost most of them during a HD crash a while back, otherwise I'd pack them up in a zip and just send them to you. :P Ah, well.

Let's see... totally agree about the NaruSaku fandom and Sasuke, as well as the cuteness of Sakura/Syaoran. <3 ::marries
