So I have a lot of things I'm working on at the moment, and I'm starting to realize that unless I start a) organizing them and b) making myself accountable for them, I'm probably never going to finish half of--
--apparently my baby sister think it's amusing to push my keyboard tray in and out of the desk repeatedly as I (try to) type this. Ever try typing something when the keyboard is constantly moving and your knuckles are constantly being smashed into the desk? ...It's hard. And if Elli's giggling is anything to go by, also hilarious. XDD

So, I'm going to list every fic, essay, and other miscellaneous thing I currently have in progress, and their status. Feel free to comment on this post if you think there's anything in particular I should try to get done at all faster.
Fics
Multi-chapter fics
Path of No Regrets - Well, obviously. XD I need to finish up the epilogue to the first part (which will soon be subtitled "Renewal"), and then write the other two parts ("Redemption" and "Resolution"). Redemption is pretty much plotted out and only needs to be written, but Resolution is still being worked and reworked in my mind. I have a pretty good idea of where I want to go in general, though--it's really only a matter of getting the epilogue to Renewal done and going with the momentum from that point.
One-shots
Button Mashing - Basically, a cracktacular fic where Naruto and Sasuke are stuck at home on a stormy day and end up playing NINTENDO SIXTY-FOOOOOOOUUUUUUURRRRR. Started writing this a little while ago (god knows why XDDD), and it's almost finished, actually. I just need to remember enough hilarious memories of Mario Kart 64's battle mode to finish up.
Summoning Fic - Working title for a humor fic about Sasuke in Oto learning how to summon snakes. Written in the same style as the True Adventures of Yondy, which means it's incredibly fun to write. I'm just having trouble making it funny. Haven't worked on this in a while.
Aoba Fic - Uber-creative working title (beat that, Scary Movie!) for a humor fic about a day in the life with Aoba. Need more ideas to really get going with this one, though.
Rationale - An Inuyasha (yes, Inuyasha!) one-shot in which Miroku and Inuyasha have a frank discussion about Miroku's current situation (referring to recent developments in the manga which I won't spoil for those who haven't kept up with the canon, but basically it concerns the kazaana). It kinda turned into this angsty friendship thing (kind of like my Naruto/Sasuke oneshots) when I wasn't paying attention, so I'm not sure how IC it is--I need to check that, and I need to actually write it out (I only have the dialogue so far). Should be done relatively soon if I actually devote some time to it, though.

Rant on why I like Kakashi - I've done LAPs for Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura, but haven't done the Kakashi one yet. I need to finish this soon since the new character poll goes up tomorrow. XD
On Sasuke and Team 7 - Team 7-centric Sasuke essay designed to counter the arguments from Sasuke fans who say he's better off without Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi. I'm actually almost done with this, but I kind of lost the train of thought I had going on at the time, and I need to get it back before I can finish up.
On Sasuke and Conviction - Sasuke-centric essay on selfishness, sacrifice, and what truly motivates an avenger. Basically In Defense of Uchiha Sasuke Part II. Needs a lot of work, though--basically just an outline at this point. Might not actually get around to it.
Wisdom in Teaching (or, Why Kakashi is a Better Teacher than Jiraiya) - Exactly what it sounds like--an essay comparing Kakashi's teaching style, strategies, and successes/failures to Jiraiya's. This was started ages ago when Kakashi first started training Naruto to learn what would ultimately be Rasenshuriken, but I stopped writing it when I realized I was pretty much preaching to the choir at that point. Now that there's been a resurgence of anti-Kakashi threads in NF lately, though, I might get back to work on this again and change it a little bit to play down the "vs. Jiraiya" angle and play up the "good teacher!" angle. XD
LOGIC THREAD - Thread in which people argue Naruto theories using nothing but pure logic (premises and conclusions, that sort of thing). Mostly an attempt to have a little fun in NF, but may also actually help prove/disprove something, you never know. Intro post needs work, but it's an idea I've had for a while.

Timeskip AMV to "Right Before Your Eyes" by Hoobastank - I've never made an AMV before, but this is something I've wanted to do almost ever since the timeskip first began. I've been planning the timing and the clips in my head and I have almost everything worked out--and now that Shippuuden is finally starting, I'll finally have the means to actually make the video. I just need to learn how to use Windows Movie Maker. XD
Team 7 FST - Another thing I've wanted to do for a while. I have the songs, just need to upload them and write out the post for it. Could probably get it done soon if I focused on it.
Original story - Well, everyone has one of these, don't they? =P I have the characters almost completely developed (histories, relationships, and future developments included), but I still need to work an actual plot and universe around them. This is something I'll definitely do one day, but that day's probably still a long ways off.
Anyway, that's all I can think of for now. So I'm just going to keep this as a checklist of sorts, I guess. See how far I can actually get with all of it. XD
