NOTE: Everyone who knows me, call me! Right now! Right this second! I probably won't pick up because I'm doing homework for my Korean class at 5:30 (and then I'm studying for my chemistry quiz tomorrow...maybe) but you should hear something very interesting when you call. Or rather, not hear something. You should be able to figure it out.
Last night was fun. Called Stephanie and talked to her (and woke her up...at 7:30! Good grief). Went to PACES; it was basically a seminar designed for getting pre-med students like moi on track for the insane assloads of work we'll be doing for the next four (or more) years. Oh, and I found out that I won't be able to study abroad during the school year. It'll mess up my tightly controlled schedule of science classes, science classes, and MORE science classes. Looks like my only option is going somewhere during the summer. Since Capstone Scholars like moi get scholarships for doing this sort of thing, and since I've wanted to leave the country to educate myself for about half of my life, I'll definitely be spending a summer (or more) vacating America. I just don't know where yet.
But like I said, last night was fun. I went to the library after that and holed myself up underground with my calculus book. Turned my phone off because I figured since I had no reception anyways, I might as well shut it off and conserve battery power. Does this not make sense to anyone out there, because Billy got upset at this and kept asking me why the hell I turned my phone off. (He was mostly just playing with me though.) He was trying to call me...and Mat...and Meghan. They wanted me to go to IHOP with them, and after the guys tried calling me four or five times, Meghan finally had the smart idea to leave me a voicemail. (since my phone, when it's turned off, doesn't tell me when I have a missed call, only voicemails and text messages). When I went back up to the main level at about 11:15 and turned on my phone and checked it, I got Meghan's voicemail, and called her, then called Mat. Meghan and Billy were already at IHOP, but Mat was at his dorm, which was right behind the library, so I went there to meet him. So we walk to IHOP together, and meet up with Billy and Meg, and the four of us eat and talk for about two hours. I love late nights at IHOP. And I loved getting to see Mat. He had sent me a text message during PACES telling me how much he missed me. :)
Then Mat and I watched a movie today. :) :)
Arg! I need to do homework.
