The beach had thin white sand, calm waves and sunbathing area, with some chairs and umbrellas and a nearby bar. At the end of the sore, there are rocks to explore and snorkeling to see the underwater creatures that live in the small reef. On the other end, a small dock with no boats, but a perfect spot for either jumping into the water or fishing.

Liev... Surprised, Norway's gaze snapped back to Iceland's face. He never used his name. He stared back at Iceland, his expression incredulous, as the other met his eyes. And then had a coughing fit.
I can't breathe. I need to breathe. Everything hurts so much...
Norway cursed again. They really needed some help now . He didn't want to leave Iceland though, so he was trying the couple down the beach again when France showed up out of nowhere. Liev was at first confused and suspicious, it was France after all, but the Frenchman's thoughts showed he was just as panicked as he himself was. His idea was brilliant though, if he could pull it off. He nodded in agreement, even though France wasn't paying attention, and watched for signs of improvement as well.

Straining to breathe, Iceland coughed a few more time before he found himself turning a bit blue in the face. He wearily looked at Norway, his mind beginning to fade in an out of consciousness.
It hurt, oh God it hurt, but he had to have oxygen. With painstaking motions he pulled his arm up and rested an aching hand on the back of Norway's head. He gave some slight pressure as he pushed down on him a bit, appearing to want his older brother's mouth on his own. Under any other circumstances he would have felt horribly embarrassed and ashamed of this action yet now it was a matter of getting oxygen into his system.
Iceland coughed a few more times, more violently than before. He opened his eyes again, glazed with the glossy stuffs of tears not yet shed. This time they weren't averted, yet locked on Norway's, pleading.
Liev, Liev, I can't breathe. Please, I can't breathe! Liev!
It wasn't that he knew he could project his thoughts into his biological brother's mind, he just thought this out of panic. Given more time he might have considered such but they'd only had their powers for so long.
If he'd been paying more attention to France than his brother he may have noticed a slight tingle in his shoulder, yet no signs of healing.

Then he felt it, what he hoped was his power moving. It felt strange but he hoped that it would work. That Iceland’s own body would respond to it.
