Who's up for a bit of charity walking?
I normally do Crusaid's Walk For Life which this year takes place on Sunday 10th June... It's all for a good cause raising money for Crusaid who do brilliant work for people living with HIV & AIDS... *and* it's the one day a year when Spencer actually appears to get a sun tan - shocker!
Anyone fancy joining me on a 10k walk through London as Glenn doesn't fancy it? Go on you know you want to... I've got a new digital camera so promise some better pics this year.
