Watching Joe Lieberman speak during the testimony of General Petraeus and Ambassador Crocker before the Senate.

BLOOD BOILING.

"I wish my colleagues and I could just for once agree on the facts of the successes in Iraq, so that then one day we might be able to bring some of our troops home. But for some of my colleagues, it's a situation of see no progress in Iraq, hear no progress in Iraq, and certainly never speak of progress in Iraq."

"The Iraqi government has made more political progress toward reconciliation than the United States government has." And that wasn't delivered with ironic hyperbole! He really meant it!
