I saw the trailer for the upcoming entry into the Dangerous Minds and Stand and Deliver genre of the teacher who makes a difference in the lives of at-risk high schoolers, called Freedom Writers. I was elated to see that Hollywood has reunited the most dazzling couple ever to grace the small screen, Patrick Dempsey and Hillary Swank. Witness a choice clip from the first pairing, Iron Jawed Angels Pay attention between 45 seconds and a little over and minute.
I also saw a great commercial for something right up my alley, Celtic Woman!
The Magicke is overwhelming!!!
So, today is the last day of 2006. I don't really feel like doing a year-end recap. This year was really good. It was a good year for theater for me, thanks to Capitol Hill High and the Brown Derby. I took the LSAT, but decided not to apply to law school yet. And now I'm already getting bored reflecting on it all, so yeah, thanks, 2006. You treated me pretty well. Aside from my dog dying and some other junk.
