New Phone
Yesterday, I upgraded my regular cell phone to an iPhone. The price on the cheapest iPhone just got slashed to $49, and I've been wanting an iPhone for over a year. However, my iPhone has already been usurped by D who wants to play Angry Birds and Farm Story on it. I'm very nervous about this as I'm afraid she'll drop the phone. The phone doesn't have a cover yet because there was very little selection at the AT&T store and they were very expensive. I've ordered one from Amazon, but I'm betting it won't get here for a week.
AT&T must be having some big sales because we drove by 3 other cellular operations (Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint) and it was like a ghosttown in those establishments. On the other hand, it was a madhouse at the AT&T store and we had to 30-45 minutes to get the iPhone. In fact, the first AT&T store I called said they were running out.
This is my first smart phone and I've added a bunch of Apps to it. I haven't quite figured out the free iBook app that comes with it yet. Are there any free books for the iBook app out there? Can I use Project Gutenberg books with the iBook app? So much new area to explore.
