Hurrah. Finished my exams now which is just ace. I've got a busy day tommorow of wandering around campus and the city sorting out things before going home. This weekend is gonna be ludicrously cool: Ska festival in London all day on Saturday, staying at Elley's brother's house. It's gonna be most rock & roll :) Naturally I've been investigating the various bands that will be playing since it's not a "huge" event and thus quite a lot of the bands are newly signed, if signed at all, and mostly to small labels like Household Name and Moonska Europe. After some searching I discovered that pretty much all of the bands are awesome, and there are some real gems to look forward to.. Hurrah!
Been working on my cunning plans to aquire an automobile (part of tommorows "things to sort out") so I can whizz about and be freeeee. Which can only be a good thing. Really looking forward to roadtrippin' round the UK with Ross, it's gonna be something to remember. I intend to climb Snowdon AND Ben Nevis, and to relive my youth and find a beach called Widemouth Bay.
Just picked up the new Get Up Kids record. It's awesome. Tenth year anniversary party, in gig form, recorded for a live CD. It really, truely is incredibly good. A must have.
