Yeah, that's all I can say after one day of Spanish class. I actually think I spelled "dias" wrong as well. Eh, not a big deal. Perhaps as the class continues, I will be able to say more Spanish things (!).
I had other classes on Wednesday as well. Two psych classes + a history class. For personality theory, I have this very stereotypical nerdy fellow who talks very intelligently and seems very jittery. The final paper in there has to be 12 pages long, which I'm not cool about. We do have all semester to do it though, so it won't be too bad. Providing I start sometime before December...
My childhood development professor seems alright... she's a little mousy, and she's all about "having fun while we learn", but otherwise alright. She's pretty hot too... that's good to have in classes when you focus starts to wonder...
My history class seems like it'll be the most fun. It's about WWII from the American home front perspective. The only thing about that class is that most people in there are junior/senior history majors and they all know more about this stuff than I do. Not a problem, really, just a concern. The teacher in there seems pretty cool... I detect traces of Humble-esque feminism, though.
Also, I am now able to play "When the Saints Go Marching In", slightly off tempo, on piano. I make mistakes, but yesterday I got through it twice without messing up. I guess maybe it's cause I'm just learning, but I get downright giddy at the prospect of playing music. The only thing is that I can't haul a piano around to practice when I get free time.
Seems like all I can talk about is class when it's first getting started... ah well. You know at first, class is kinda fun... learning new stuff and all. Then as it progresses is just wants more and more from you... greedy, I say.
End transmission.
