My friends... you bow to noone

I just finished watching Return of the King... that movie is soooooo good! It satisfies my cravings for violence, as well as being a great uplifting story about how "human nature" doesn't have to be always used as a negative connotation. I mean, Lord of the Rings could hold itself in a battle with Star Wars. I didn't say win, but it would definitely be a match for it. Gar, I couldn't call a contest that close.

I hadn't bought anything in a really long time, so a couple of days ago I got an Amazon and thought to myself "I'm going to spend 80 or so dollars on random stuff." I spend hours just looking for stuff to buy. I ended up spending $70 instead, but it was good stuff. I got a new computer game (Baldur's Gate II + expansion), a strategy guide (for another game), the Zombie Survival Guide (a funny book) and a pirate book (this one was actually kind of an academic text). They are all supposed to be here on Thursday. All I know is that they better be, or I'll send my army of goons to raid the Winchester Post Office. Sidenote: There are some openings left in my army of goons. $10/hr, plus health and retirement benefits. Call me up, ask for "Boss Spence".

School is starting up again soon, and I've got a lot of things to do before it does. Settle some financial worries, get stuff to put in the room, and some retreat type thing for work. Not to mention I should probably say "hey" to a few people here in Winchester before I go off. I will be busy, but that's no a bad thing. If all goes to plan this year, I'll be joining a fraternity at Transy this year. Most of the guys I hang around are in it anyway, so it seems logical. Soon, I will enough powerful allies to being my bid for global domination. Don't worry, you guys will all get seats of power.

Let's see just how long I can keep this going... oh! Saw Big Bob Parido at Dairy Queen today. The bro and I went out for lunch to get some Chicken Death Baskets (oh, but what a way to go...). Bob was there so I said "hey"... haven't seen him in quite a while. Though I can't imagine why, since he works there all the time.

Speaking of work, my campus job quickly approaches. I've never been in a position of authority before, and I'm anxious to see how I handle it. It's not really enough power to go on a power trip, but I will be responsible for quite a bit, and I hope I'm up to it. There will also be lots of new people there, freshmen mostly. Maybe some jerks from high school will end up working with me... ohhh, I could abuse them from a position of power! Whoa... easy... I'm okay. I'm far more excited about this job than I should be, but I guess that's nothing so awful.

Okay, this has droned on long enough. I'm done! Rejoice, my friends!
