Just in case it is necessary

I'm terrible and have left buying my plane tickets for home until the last minute. *tear* Just in case it works out better either price-wise or convenience-of-my-family-wise to leave Saturday or Sunday instead of Friday (of Finals Week), does anyone (who will also, of course, be leaving late or staying in town) have a couch I could crash on for a ( Read more... )

Yes! Delos has multiple comfortable couches, welcoming of the sleep of friends. I'll need to run it past my housemates to make sure, but I'd be shocked if anyone were averse.

Also, you should stay in town a few days for decompression and Socializing. Yessss.

Yay! <3

That's another reason--besides money and convenience, I've been thinking about staying a day or two just for those reasons. It would be so nice to be here without the stress (well...without some of the stress).

I feel a little bit guilty about not going home to see and help my parents right away, though. :( They're really stressed out too. I don't know how to bring it up without making it seem like "Hey Mom and Dad, I'm ditching you to hang out with friends!" I guess that's where money and convenience come in.

Also, since you liked the other Innocence Mission song, I think you'd like this one (their version of "What a Wonderful World"). I was going to play it for you this weekend but forgot. It's downloadable (along with others!) from their record company's website.

We really do. And other things!

Thanks so much for the offer! (I'll let you know.) I miss seeing you as much as I did this summer. We should have some talks about Life.

Also, I'm really sorry I missed your birthday. I actually prepped a giftie but didn't really finish it, and...murgh, I'm sorry. I hope it was lovely, and if a present should appear in your presence anytime in the next few months...

Well, I'll be up at all hours this week checking my email compulsively if you ever want to hang out. Summer was good, real goo.d

If by some bizarre and unfortunate coincidence all of those fall through, you're welcome to Birchwood 11's couch.

Yayy! Thanks, Joe. You're another one I don't see enough. Let's chat sometime.

Since I'm thinking about it (see above), I'm sorry I missed your birthday, too. I actually started an LJ-entry about it/you, but didn't finish it for some reason. So if I should, anytime in the next few months...

Yay, people like me! Thanks, Susie. I'll let you know!

I'm cheering you on out here with the exercise, by the way. It's really encouraging. Want a virtual workout partner? (I'm hoping to start up again when I get home.)
