One year of Who (and 26 years of me)
So today is my birthday.
More importantly today is the one year anniversary of my first Who experience. On this day last year my dear friend cairtirnin brought series one to my house. We ate lemon cake. We watched Rose (I was all wtf? mannequins?), The End of the World (I instantly fell in love with Cassandra as a villain) and most importantly (to me at the time) The Unquiet Dead (which cemented my Who love). I started to ship Rose/Doctor right after "I'm so glad I met you." I did a brief fanfic search right after my friends left. There was a ton. And a hugely active and wonderfully fun community. I've never looked back.
