At The End Of The Day I'm Ok Anyway
Irrelevant Blabbing:
i've been trying really hard to hold off on listening to Christmas music. get past Thanksgiving first. mmm.
34 days til i go home!! i am so darn excited!
and i am in love with alicia keys' new song.
Ok, on to the good stuff.
Last night was the weirdest night of my life:
roommate's cat gets halfway stuck in the back of the kitchen chair. dangling from it because he can't get through the bars. so he is screeeaaming bloody murder because he is in so much pain. i have never heard a cat sound like that in my life. i dont know what to do because we cant get him out. he is kicking, claws are out. my roommate holds him up so he's not dangling anymore and tries to calm him down. how the heck do you get a cat out of a metal chair? so i call 911. haha. the lady says this isn't a call they take and to get a saw and saw him out. yeah, ok. ill get right on that. so she transfers me to the fire dept. they come, blaring sirens and all. they come in and saw him out in about 10 minutes. all the while he is growling and screaming and hissing. he NEVER hisses or growls. he is a scaredy cat normally. so my roommate is about in tears from hearing her cat crying so she goes to try and calm him down and he bites her. she bleeds all over the floor and all over everything else. needless to say, she's ok, the cat is never coming out from under the couch, and the chair is not fixable. and to think, all i wanted to do was eat my scooby macaroni.

so something happened on my campus around halloween that i haven't talked about. a guy was on campus with a poster that said "Why You're Going to Hell" and listed off the reasons you'll go to hell. he proceeded to tell muslims that mohammad was a pedophile, and told homosexuals God hates them. it's people like this that give Christians a bad name. and makes Christians look bad in the eyes of society. but his ignorance isn't the truth. it is FAR from it. i cant even express the amount of sadness this brings me. there are fakes in all aspects of life, that doesn't exclude Christianity.
this is going to be in the school newspaper. i will post the article when i get it.
