One thing I will always appreciate that FYP gave me: the ability to rattle off essays pretty damn quickly.
I sat down today and said hey, I have an essay due on wednesday. I have tons of things due tuesday, but I feel no inspiration for them, so let's take a crack at the essay instead. Am now about 90% complete, well above the max words suggestion (the prof said if we had content to impart beyond the limit then feel free to do so), in a few mere hours.
It makes me miss writing a lot. I wish we did more essays for Visual Culture instead of just those weird question thingies. That said, if we were assigned lots of essays in the next week, I'd probably not want to do them. I'm just silly.
In other news, I made Bryan sick and now I feel bad.
