TEN WHATS:
What was the first thing you thought when you woke up?
"Why do I let myself work twice a week at 6:00 a.m.?"
What did you do last night?
I hung out at the convent with my old roommates, then came back to Valpo and slept.
What is the most important part of your life?
I've been doing some soul-searching right now trying to figure that out.
What would you rather be doing right now?
Sleeping.
What did you last cry over?
The last time I truly cried was for something completely meaningless in eighth grade, before I subconsciously taught myself not to cry, no matter what (which I regret). I mean, I didn't even cry when my grandmother died in 2005, or my mother's sister Sheron (who I was really close to) in 2006.
What is your next day off and how are you going to spend it?
Saturday, and I will be driving up to the convent (or staying there Friday night), then picking up Megan at the airport and shooting the breeze afterwards until I go to bed early so I can work at 7 on Sunday.
What always makes you feel better when you are upset?
Video games, internet surfing, driving aimlessly (albeitly keeping it between the white and yellow lines).
What are the most important things you look for in a significant other?
Personality, intelligence, sense of humor.
What are you worried about?
Money, insurance, the fact my car has had no major problems ever and it's at 69000 miles ...
What are you looking forward to most in this week?
Saturday afternoon.
NINE HAVE YOU EVERS:
Have you ever liked someone while you had a girlfriend/boyfriend?
No, I have remained faithful while dating someone (apparently, my definition of even regular dating is different than a lot of people's. But I have a lot less experience in that field.)
Have you ever had your heart broken?
Yes. Thanksgiving weekend, 2006. I guess September 2006 as well, when I found out that who I had been waiting for for a year was no longer available.
Have you ever been out of the country?
Only the Montreal area, although I think I went to New Brunswick in my mother's stomach.
Have you ever done something outrageously dumb?
I filled out this survey, for one.
Have you ever been back stabbed by a friend?
Yes, in first grade. I should say, "Friend".
Have you ever had the cops called on you?
No.
Have you ever dated someone younger than you?
Yes. In fact, most of my crushes (in general) have been with people born in April 1985.
Have you ever read an entire book in one day?
Yes, depending on the size of the book.
Have you ever got a speeding ticket?
Nope. Three times pulled over, no tickets.
EIGHT WHOS:
Who was the last person you saw?
Brandon, across the apartment.
Who was the last person you kissed?
I refuse to answer that question.
Who was the last person you texted?
Megan. But I don't text much.
Who was the last person to call you?
Chris, I think.
Who is the last person you freaked out on?
Probably Brandon.
Who did you last hug?
Brad, while at the convent yesterday.
Who did you go with to your first school dance?
Katy Hunt.
Who is your best friend?
That's in flux with the whole moving thing and who is and isn't around.
SEVEN WHENS:
When was your last shower?
Earlier today.
When did you last see your mom or dad?
Late March.
When was the last time you danced?
Officially, probably at the Luther South prom. (WITH TEACHERS AFTER THE PARTY, you perverts.)
When did you get married, or when do you want to?
Between 26 and 32.
When was the last time you cried?
Running out of questions, I take it.
When did you last go to the movies and with whom?
July with Megan, to see Prince Caspian in Battle Creek.
When did you last take a vacation and where?
I went home after Easter, does that count?
SIX WHERES:
Where do your grandparents live?
Six feet under -- paternal in Newburyport, Mass.; maternal in Seabrook, N.H.
Where did you last hang out?
Green House.
Where do or did you go to school?
Mrs. Murray's Nursery School, Seabrook Elementary (Middle) School, Winnacunnet High School, Valparaiso University, Luther High School South (well, I had to "go" ...)
Where is your favorite place to be?
In the apartment or in New Hampshire ...
Where did you sleep last night?
My bedroom!
Where would you like to move?
Wherever I can find a good job, though preferably somewhere temperate. No tropical climates for me, thankyouverymuch.
FIVE DO/DOES:
Do you want to get married?
Yes.
Do you like your vehicle?
It has its charms.
Do you ever wish you were someone else?
Sometimes, but most of the time I feel blessed for what I've been able to accomplish, so I wouldn't trade that.
Do you have nightmares?
Very rarely these days.
Does the future scare you?
Not overall, but definitely some individual aspects to it.
FOUR WHYS:
Why are you best friends with your best friend?
See earlier answer.
Why did you get a MySpace? (Editor's Note: This came from a Myspace bulletin, which is why this question is here. I am changing this to LiveJournal.)
When I first started chatting at the IdiotSite, a few people started getting journals (this is back in the day when you needed an invitation code to sign up for LJ). Got the code, and the rest is history.
Why did your parents give you the name you have?
Not sure, though it was suprisingly NOT because I was due on December 26 (St. Stephen's feast day in the Catholic Church).
Why are you doing this survey?
Because I'm masochistic.
THREE IFS:
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
Psychic ... ness.
If you could go back in time and change one thing, would you?
I need to stop at one?
If you were stranded on a deserted island and could bring one thing what
would it be?
A boat.
TWO WOULD-YOU-EVERS:
Would you ever kiss a stranger for $10,000?
If it was a female, probably.
Would you ever shave your head to save someone you love?
How the hell would this ever save somebody?
ONE LAST QUESTION:
Are you happy with your life right now?
Yes, but I hope to get happier with it very soon.
