Either I'm having some kind of surreal dream or I just had a phone conversation with my mom where she told me the source of her lower back, hip, and knee problems, aside from arthritis, is a bunch of cysts on her spinal cord.
Yeah, I'm processing that one still...
Does anyone have any good hobbit fics for diversionary purposes? I'm using my homework but some fics would be nice too.

I guess so this entry isnt all bad news, i met and even exceeded my target distance for today's speedwork, which consisted of 5 by 2 minute pickups with 90 seconds rest in between... seems the inhaler for the exercise induced asthma is working
