Last night it was snowing so my mom drove me to swimming at 6 since she had class anyway. I brought Ally with me, and Andy and Bill were pretty excited about that. My practice went well depsite the fact that my shoulder was killing me from the day before at physical therapy. We worked a lot on my turns and butterfly. I did a kick set too, which was overal pretty decent I suppose. Right now I'm pretty excited about where I'm at for this between season clinic session....My posture excersies from PT are really paying off, and that's helping a lot with my balancing and stroke technique in the water. So thats cool! I tried to watch a movie last night, but I fell asleep. Now its Thursday, so you know what that means? Turkey!
