Dad opened a door
I spoke with my dad on Saturday, and for the first time in years he actually said something meanginful, I asked how is he doing with his painting courses, and he then talk about it for about 20 minutes, telling me the ups and downs, and the way he feels about it, this just threw me out as he never open his heart to talk about his feelings. Can he be changing?
I am surprised since most of the time when I ask him how are things or how is he he just answers 'Ok' (which is a response that doesn't open any doors) Our conversations have felt so awkard soemtimes that make me wanna hang up, anyway they last about 2 minutes. Hopefully the door is now open and our conversations may be meaningful more often.
