Yes, it is fucking 7 in the morning on Sunday and I am awake. Guess what genius thing I did this morning? I was planning to wake up at 7:00 to make Maegan's braciole for her birthday (it's got to sit in the oven for at least 2 hours), so I set my 2 alarms, to make sure I would wake up to have enough time. So I wake up at 7, prepare my stuffing, tie my meat (hehe, sounds kinky), and now I'm letting the Merlot reduce. I decided to turn on the computer, since I'll have some time to kill. I realize that I've been awake for an hour already, and the clock still says it's 7:00 am. SHIT!! I fucking forgot about daylight savings time!! I could have slept for another hour.
Oh well, I guess I'll look at it this way. The braciole will have an extra hour in the oven to get tender and delicious. Fab.
