i've had your wireless internet now for a week. i've really enjoyed it so far! it's quite fast and reliable. i wish i had gotten it sooner.

so when i'm just using it like always today, and it cuts out randomly, i figured hey maybe they're having a little trouble. no biggy. i restarted the router, waited, and still no connection. so i called you to see what's up.

SO WHY THE FUCK DID I FIND OUT THAT MY SERVICE HAS BEEN CANCELED AFTER ONLY A WEEK?!!??!!? did i call you to cancel it? no. did i send you a piece of mail to cancel it? no. did i forget to pay my bill too many times? considering i'd only had it a week, that's a big no. THEN WHY THE FUCK DID YOU DECIDE FOR NO GOOD REASON TO CANCEL MY SERVICE?!?!!??!! NOW I HAVE TO GET A BRAND NEW ORDER FOR A BRAND NEW ACCOUNT WHICH MEANS I WON'T HAVE INTERNET AGAIN FOR ANOTHER ENTIRE WEEK!!!!!! AS A RESULT I WILL HAVE TO HAUL MY ASS TO THE LIBRARY OR NORTH CAMPUS EVERY TIME I WANT TO USE THE INTERNET!! i liked you, at&t, but right now, you are doing a great job of not getting my recommendation for other people not looking to spend a billion dollars on comcast.

you better give me a month of free service for having me put up with this shit. you're so fucking lucky that i want so badly to not have comcast that i'm actually willing to remain one of your customers.
