raindrops keep falling on my head...
im going to write in blue because today IT RAINED. and today was a pretty good day. we had study during english, test during history, i had study (where we sang all like preschool songs about raining...led by brittany of course) and then a religion test. then came CROSS COUNTRY!
and i thought we would be in the weight room, which i hate because i always get put on the treadmill, but, some of us got to run outside, so...mollie, mika, hannah, christine, jen, gabby, kat, liz, kayla, and i (sry if i'm forgetting someone...) went running outside, and of course, i took up what i learned from the seniors last year, and jumped into the puddles.
and it turned into ONE HUGE PUDDLE FIGHT.
so for 35 minutes, we ran around at a regular pace, and then sprinted to puddles...and in between, we drew lines under our eyes in mud, made handprints on each other, put "pet waste" bags in our hair, and had a grand old time. i have never been so wet...i literally wrung out my shoes and socks twice at school, and then twice at home as well. and there is still plenty of water.
i now love rain. rain is wonderful! the first puddle i jumped in i caught everyone by surprise...after that, ppl pretty much avoided me, except jen who tried to get me wet...she got me a few times! and then i almost fell and like broke my neck. but i didnt...cuz i'm good like that.
the only bad part about today was that coach hird yelled at me, saying that "sharing ice is the same as sharing a waterbottle", which is TOTALLY untrue, and i should tell her that making us pick up cones, and roasting marshmallows, and reaching into the bag of tootsie roll pops (that she brought for us yesterday, which was pretty nice) can give u mono just like sharing a waterbottle...but i wont.

p.s. i CANNOT wait until october 29th b/c we have the halloween run, and u guys r gonna LOVE my costume, and then we have the haunted labyrinth that night. hehehe <3
