I’m coming to terms with a lot of things and finding myself constantly tugged back and forth between extremes. I've had a lack of appetite myself.

I've had the type of appetite where if something sounds good, I should probably eat it, because I don't know when I'll be hungry again. Food is kinda necessary for functioning.
