Dodging Neptune

Howdy True Believers! (I’ve begun to capitalize that as a proper noun, because you deserve it…)

Well, another day, another dollar. Its Tuesday right now, but I imagine that by the time I post this it will be much later on in the week.

Tuesday:

Crossed over the equator this afternoon. This being my first time in the southern hemisphere, I ran to the nearest toilet and gave it a flush. Since we were at zero, the water got confused about which way to go and evaporated out of frustration. I’ll have to try it again when we’re further south…

Let me elaborate a little more for all the Shellbacks out there.

Since GW is SO important and our mission can’t be disrupted, the all powerful ruler of the sea King Neptune has granted us safe passage through his waters until we reach the Pacific equator. But he’s having Davy Jones trail us to keep the skipper to his word.

For all you non-navy types, this worthless, slimy, no good little pollywog would ask you to look up “Crossing the Equator Ceremony” online. I have no right to speak of it as if I knew what I was talking about…

Moving on…

I guess ole Barack Obama went and said something that pissed off a lot of Pennsylvanians… Though I agree with him, it was a sure fire way to give the right something to fight with and definitely not the right way to go about getting on the side of people bitter about government treatment…

I didn’t even know we were still in the primaries… Isn’t it almost June?

Oh, which reminds me. If your reading this now, its probably too late to turn in your taxes… The IRS will be arriving at your doorstep shortly to break your legs and take your TV...
