Today was my first time seeing horses have their mouths worked on. First, they are anesthetised. Then a metal contraption is used to crank open their mouths. Then in go the drills. I could see marks in Speck's mouth where is teeth had been poking him and making sores. Poor guy. He will feel much better now. Little Jhon had a tooth pulled. I've never seen a horse's tooth out side of its mouth before. Fortunatly, Jhon wasn't awake enough to feel pain. When I led Speck to a stall, he was so drugged he could barely walk. They will both feel much better now that their teeth arn't pokeing them.
Today my step mom said, "Christmas is just another day". It sounds like she plans to work on Christmas. Some Christmas spirit. Maybe my dad won't let her work.
