If you HATE the first 5 eps, then the show is probably not for you. If you like them, keep going. Like any show, it needs some time to introduce everything and find its footing. By episode 9, you should be in for the long haul, but by episode 13, you'll probably be hooked good. If MAD LOVE does not happen in the first season, I can almost guarantee it in the second season, if you'll allow it. Because the second season is so, so awesome.

I've been meaning to watch Avatar, since I've heard so many people raving, but I've only seen bits and pieces of episodes on Nickelodeon. Thanks for the links!

Sometimes I feel sort of vaguely regretful that my pimping post disses VM and BSG. But the thing is, I think even if I hadn't fallen out of love with those two shows, I'd still feel that Avatar's continuity is better than VM's, because...it is, and as for the BSG diss, well, some convictions you just have to stand by.

But perhaps it's all in the eye of the beholder anyway, since my mentions of HP and Buffy were not intended as disses at all but still might be read as such by people who don't know the litany of my opinion, and a :> face can mean many things.

Ha ha ha ha ha. I could have thought of something else, but that came into my head weeks ago, when I thought of what my "more like" would be.

Also, I stole that icon because Appaaaaaaaaaaaa and it's the same colors as my default icon so I am drawn to it and plus Tooooooph ('Sup?).
