Well, I've had a few interesting thoughts that I'd like to share. I spent the weekend in Moline, boy was that amusing. The first night nothing major happened because we got there around 11:30, and after standing in the freezing cold for ten minutes waiting for one of Tiffany's toys to pick us up, we were both too tired to do much. So we watched Saw 2. It was okay, I just wasn't in the mood for a complicated psychological storyline at the moment. Tiff was being such a wuss, though! She shrieked and hid her head under the blanket every time there was even an inkling of bloodshed. "Is it over?!!"
Then we retired, and after tiring out the cat with the laser pointer so she wouldn't bug me, I went to sleep too. In the morning, I helped her arrange a Yugi-oh deck to beat some guys that accused her of being inferior because she was a girl.(Interestingly enough, since I've been watching the cartoon, I actually was able to pick out some good cards; not to mention understand most of what she was talking about.;))
After she left for work, I laughed at myself for watching Power Rangers whilist fixing up a rice dinner for food. A few hours later, I was playing Playstation when suddenly Megan bursts in. She apparently needed a hand out at her farm where she works, so, being the idiotic altruist that I am, I agreed.
Can you picture it? Me, a totally blond matierial girl cleaning out horse stalls full of shit by the bucketfull. This SO has Reese Witherspoon comedy written all over it. It wasn't so bad, as long as you remembered to breathe through your mouth, leastways. Then I helped sweep both barns and ran around the horse paddock opening gates for Megan on the tractor. (That part was actually kind of fun, especially the part when I realised the reason why the gate wouldn't open is because the chain was wrapped around the fencepost, lol.) We got done around 6:00, and then after changing at the apartment we went to the mall to visit Tiff. We went and got some Chicken Filet, and I met her boss, Dave. She says he's a total spaz and ugly, but Megan has a total crush on him. I can see why, I thought he was kind of cute myself. Which reminds me...
'Kay, the only words I actually said to the guy were "Hello" and when he asked me what I'd got for food," These are both ours." (We'd pooled our waffle-fries) A few minutes later he left and Tiff came over and said," Congratulations hon, you're officially obvious!" Evidently he'd asked her on his way out, and she smiled and said, "Yeah, what's it to ya?" I don't think I was dancing or anything like that, though I was wearing my 'Save Water: Shower with a Friend' shirt; so that may have helped. Well, if I'm that much out there, at least it saves me the trouble of explaining, right? :)
That night we went back to the apartment to drink and play cards. Tiff's newest toy,Jamie, is a total lightweight. Three shots and he was totally plastered! He spent the rest of the evening drawing on his hands and ranting about random things, to our amusement. On that note, do not under any circumstances substitute tequila for vodka when making screwdrivers, it tastes really gross. (I still drank it. Hello.)
Okay, so nothing much happened, but it was so much fun. Oh.My.God. I just remembered how we were teasing Tiff about Matt coming over. Matt was another former boy-toy, but this time they managed to stay friends. She now calls him her brother, ironically. So whenever they talk by themselves I was all like," Don't do anything you wouldn't do to your brother!" Double lol.
I spent most of Sunday by myself since Tiff had to work. I played with the kitty, who seemed glad to have some company for once. By the time she got home it was 6:30. I had to go to Target to return a CD, so Tiff, Jamie, and I crammed into his truck and went there. I had $20.00 to spend, so I thought I might be able to get some new clothes. I was sorely dissapointed. Do not ever shop there for clothes, they have less variety than Cambridge High. I ended up getting a Fallout Boy CD(yes Fallout Boy; got a problem? *glares* ;))and popcorn. (Hey, we were out) Then Jamie insisted on driving me all the way back to Cambridge because apparently he didn't want to leave Tiffany for even a little while. *Throws up*
Well, that was my weekend. I'd write more about what I'm feeling at the moment, but I'm really tired just now; maybe tomorrow.
Ta,
Jakie(aka Adrian)
