In the spirit of Silver Millenium, here are pictures of many of the characters from SMD in their royal forms. Some, such as Nezumi/Blackhole, will be portrayed as other alternate forms since they do not have or do not recognize a royal self.
Witch Yule

Endora (Sailoryule) in her royal identity as a member of the Court of Witches. The Court were the protectors of the prince and princess of Icarus during the Silver Millenium. She is Witchyule. Around her waist is a Witch's Cord, and her dress is fringed with jingle bells. Nope, I could not resist making holes in the hood for her ponytails. ~_^
Witch Beltane

Witch Beltane, a member of the Court of Witches, who were the protectors of the royalty of Icarus. She's holding a white candle on a gilded iron stand; this is her magical object.
Prince Icarus

Glen (Soldierlamma) as his royal identity from the time of the Silver Millenium, Prince Icarus. His forehead bears his symbol, which is a pentacle that has the royal seal of Icarus on top of it. The royal seal of Icarus looks like a stylized capital I with wings attached to one side.
Witch Imbolc

Tabitha (Sailorimbolc) in her royal identity as a member of the Court of Witches. The Court were the protectors of the prince and princess of Icarus during the Silver Millenium. She is Witch Imbolc. That's a black crystal ball she's holding.
Witch Samhain

Samantha (Sailorsamhain) in her royal identity as a member of the Court of Witches. The Court were the protectors of the prince and princess of Icarus during Silver Millenium times. She is Witch Samhain. That's a magic wand she's holding.
Samantha's hair has been pulled back into a braid and is held by a cute barrette shaped like a bat.
Witch Solstice

Laurie (Sailorsolstice) in her royal identity as a member of the Court of Witches. The Court were the protectors of the prince and princess of Icarus during the time of the Silver Millenium. She is Witch Solstice. Witch Solstice and Witch Equinox wear white instead of black, like the rest of the Court, because their place in the Wheel of the Year is a bit different from the others. While acting as the Witches, they wear their wreaths on their heads.
Witch Equinox

Phoebe (Sailorequinox) in her royal identity as a member of the Court of Witches. The Court were the protectors of the prince and princess of Icarus during the time of Silver Millenium. She is Witch Equinox. Witch Solstice and Witch Equinox wear white instead of black, like the rest of the Court, because their place in the Wheel of the Year is a bit different from the others. While acting as the Witches, they wear their wreaths on their heads.
Princess Io and Princess Europa

Princess Io and Princess Europa all decked out in their royal duds. The wings on Io are attached to her dress, as part of the whole ensemble. Europa's dress was inspired by a Card Captor Sakura outfit.

Princess Quasar also shows off her lovely dress. The dresses worn by Quasar and her sister are some of my absolute favorites as they are so beautiful and unique, with the star charms hanging off of chain accents and the ombre skirts.

Small Lady (Crystal Tokyo's Princess) and Princess Nozomi in their royal dresses. Imagine that Small Lady is kneeling on a platform with Princess Nozomi sitting on its edge. I love the idea of Chibiusa's beautiful dress all spread out for a photo with her little daughter.

Princess Saturns

The Princesses of Saturn, Shizukesa and her mother Hotaru. (Technically, when Shizukesa is born, Hotaru is Queen Saturn, but that's only in the future. In this story, with Shizukesa coming back in time, we've got double princesses.) Hotaru's princess dress is of course based on the one designed by Naoko Takeuchi.

The Bride of the Void

Nezumi as the Bride of the Void, floating in mid-air as she uses her power to call up the black hole. The background is a ferris wheel that has been warped to illustrate how looking through the black hole warps what is behind it. Nezumi's symbol is on her forehead.
I might one day recolor her dress. Using a marker just didn't work well, especially for the shaded parts.
