[Warnings] Slight spoilers from the manga? And some of the featured characters that make an appearance are deliberately made OOC, so if you're thrown off by that, remember it's intentional! When is anyone ever IC in Tamaki's head when it's not a memory, seriously.
[Dream Effects] Essentially confusion, terror, and more terror. And by terror, I mean hysterical crack terror. ...You'll see what I mean if you read xD
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tamaki found himself in a strange, black void. There was nothing around him save what looked like wisps of gray shadows. As he tentatively reached a hand out, Takuma appeared. At first he was relieved, but when he took a step toward the other boy, he stopped, staring. He was different. Takuma's usual sweet, gentle face was now cunning, almost evil. The poor boy could only stare in slight confusion. "Takum--"
"You're a fool, Tamaki-kun!" Takuma just laughed, his voice for some reason loud and booming. It was very uncharacteristic of him to be sure, but Tamaki only jumped in surprise. How--what!?
"You call yourself the "father", but what kind of parent leaves their children in the hands of danger?" the other blond continued with a smirk before extending his hand. Before Tamaki could even process what was going on, someone stepped out from the shadows and it was none other than...
"...Haruhi!?" Yes, there was no mistaking it. Even if she was in a rather frilly white dress that she would more than likely not be caught dead in and her eyes seemed to be too big and doe-like than usual.
But oh how terrified she looked! How desperate she seemed to call out to Tamaki, her free hand outstretched!
"Sen...senpai!" she cried, her voice far too high and feminine to her normal voice. It was still Haruhi's voice but more...girly, helpless, etc. so to speak.
Regardless, Tamaki just could not take it. To see his precious Haruhi in the hands of the one whom he had trusted most...!
For some strange reason, dark red rose petals fluttered past the screen, and like a cheap anime transition, as the last one flew past the setting completely changed. No longer was it a black void, but it was now the third music room back at Ouran, his school. All around were the rest of the Host Club members dressed in the usual uniform, and seated in a high chair, a crown atop his head was not Tamaki, but Takuma. A large number of school girls hovered over him, fawning and pampering him.
"What...what is going on?!" Tamaki could only exclaim, flabbergasted.
"Stuuuuuuuuuuuupid," the Hitachiin twins sneered as they each appeared on either side of the smirking Takuma. "Did you think we'd leave the throne empty for over a year?"
"The Host Club can't operate without a proper leader, Tamaki, so we had to appoint another one," Kyouya chimed in his usual matter-of-fact voice, scribbling notes all the while. He then looked up and smiled as a giant chart rolled forward. "As you can see, Takuma has a 90% designation rate," he added as he pointed to a pie chart before moving to a much smaller one. "This is 20% higher than your previous record. It's only natural, seeing as you were gone for so long."
"And he offers so many new different cakes!" Hunny bounced as he gobbled one, the tall and stoic Mori just nodding in silent agreement.
"As you can se, we're handling everything just fine without you."
The new voice came from behind, and Tamaki whirled around to see Haruhi staring hard at him. "At least Takuma won't forget about us," she continued as she brushed past him.
"Forget--no! I would never do that! Haruhi, please believe me!"
How could he ever forget about his friends, his family? It was all he ever thought about in Somarium, yet even when he reached out to them, they seemed to move farther away from his hand.
"Kyouya! Hikaru, Kaoru! Hunny-senpai, Mori-senpai, wait! You misunderstand! I didn't leave you!!"
"There he goes, spouting off more of his lies," Hikaru just sighed while Kaoru shook his head and looked at Takuma. "Well, milord, what should we do?"
"Sacrifice!" A voice boomed and soon the sound of a high powered motor erupted from right below Tamaki.
Surprised, he jumped back, but he knew that sound all too well. He just couldn't believe it. "Renge-kun?!" he yelled as she appeared upon her spinning platform, clad as some strange cat-devil.
"Ohohohoho," she just laughed before pointing her (plastic) red pitchfork right at Tamaki's face. "For your heinous crime of abaonding your father, you should be sacrificed!"
"S-Sacrifice?!" Tamaki sputtered, not understanding what was going on. "But why? To whom!?"
And then darkness descended all over them as Takuma stood up, his arms outstretched. "To Belzenef!"
Belzenef--?!?!?!
Booming laughter could be heard, and as Tamaki turned around to find the source, a strange, dark cloaked figured suddenly appeared, an equally strange cat puppet attached to his hand. "Nekozawa-senpai!? You, too??"
"Yesss, you will make a fine offering for Belzenef, Suoh-kun!" Nekozawa cackled, a strange bright gleam coming from where the eyes would be.
"No wait! I didn't--you can't!!" In desperation Tamaki turned back around so he could run away, but instead he slammed into Haruhi who had appeared right behind him.
"You left us all behind. Your family. What a joke, I can't believe we all fell for it," she said, her voice cold. However, her expression changed to pure adoration as she looked back up to Takuma who was just watching from his lofty perch. "But Takuma-sama will be our new father! He won't ever leave us!"
Tamaki couldn't believe his ears. Was this how Haruhi really felt...? But hadn't she said she would still stay by with him and make new memories? Didn't he say he would make up for it? And why were her words hurting more than if someone else were to say them. For several moments he couldn't even say anything. "Haruhi I...I would never..."
Before he could say anything else, Haruhi just pushed him back and shouted, "Begone!"
"Wait--Haru---AAAAAHH!"
Now he was falling, falling, falling down into a bottomless, inescapable dark void. He could hear the laughter of everyone around him, and see their faces still high above him. As he tried to reach up toward them, he shouted, "No, Haruhi!! I would never abandon you--"
[the dream abruptly ends]

BECAUSE I WANT TO BE WITH ALL OF YOU FOREVER!!

he has now officially awoken from his week and a half sleep coma.]
