It's raining men...

Hmm. Haven't updated in a while. College still kicks butt, but Kaila's already gone for break. So I'm left to sit here and be bored and lonely for like an extra week. Oh well. She calls me fairly frequently, so it's ok. Finals are going well so far, the big one (math) is tomorrow morning at dawn. Literally that early. It will suck. Cross your fingers that I pass!

But anyway, on to the important stuff, and the age old question: Who do I like now? As always, it's quite the complicated question. I've decided to put Jeremy back on the back burner where he belongs, since he's made it clear to me for the umpteenth time that if anything happened with us, it wouldn't be till I graduate. Oh well. As long as he doesn't start to hate me, I will be fine. Now for the slightly younger boys: Kenny, a cutie I work with, broke up with his gf, but facebook still says he's in a relationship. I don't really believe that, but I did see him with a girl the other day. I don't really care enough though to figure it out. My friend Jake and I decided we won't let Katie (she has an uber-crush on Jake) stop us from being friends. I don't think much else is gonna happen there, which kinda sucks cuz he's a good kisser. But it's nice to have a new friend. He's also the new bassist in my friend Matt's band, and they rock. Another cutie from work, Luke, has kinda turned into one of those 'admiring from afar' things, mostly cuz I never know what to say to him. I'm working on it though. Curse you, shyness! *shakes fist*

I went to Nic's graduation party last night. It was so much fun. I walked over there with the King sisters, and was very proud of myself because I wasn't the least bit afraid of his dog! I realized that I definitely don't like Nic as much as I did before, but I've still got a soft spot for him. I got to meet his mama - she's awesome! She was drinking right along with us. It was mostly family and friends from high school that were there, and they were fun to just stand back and watch. I felt kinda young, though. But it was ok cuz I still had Amy, Lindsey, and Kristin to talk to. Then one by one they all left, which usually would have been my cue to leave, but this guy Mike from choir walked in right after Kristin (the last of my friends to leave) left. Also, I was fairly intoxicated and already glued to a chair, so it would be a while before I could go anywhere safely. At the same time, the cutie that I had noticed from across the room (he had been sitting in the 'younger family members' section, but apparently he wasn't family) wandered over and sat down next to me and started talking. Surprisingly, I didn't catch his name, which was really weird considering how good with names I am. I had a vague idea it was Jason (I was too drunk to care at the time), and thanks to my awesome facebook almost-stalking skills, turns out I was right, and SURPRISE! he's only 2 years older than me. He said he would give me a ride home (which was good cuz I pry wouldn't have made it if I had walked), but when we finally left, he was hungry so we stopped at George Webbs first. I wasn't hungry, but I figured I should pry start getting some water into my system, but that didn't work too well because after both sips I took, I almost felt like puking. But he was a lot of fun, and did I mention cute? He brought me back, got my number, and gave me a hug. He also said earlier in the conversation that he would help me get a social life. I really hope so, because I wouldn't mind having a social life with him. But, chances are, nothing will happen before break. Although, after break is a whole different story. He's moving a lot closer to campus...like walking distance. It should be pretty cool. Holy crap he's cute. Tee hee. I woke up still drunk today...that was fun. Even now, at like 7:45, I'm still feeling a little sick. But I don't mind, it was worth it. It was really good beer. And did I mention I met a cute guy? I hope I get to hang out with him more often. Suffice it to say, I'll pry be thinking about him for the next couple days, at least. Kaila called me at 5:30 am today to tell me she finished reading Narnia. Good work, Kaila. How I managed to get woken up by that, I'll never know. Oh well. Back to attempting to think about studying for my math exam.
