I love the way Nick Drake used harmony. It's a little bit off from what you would expect to hear, the way he'd change it in the middle of a measure or add a sudden new note or rhythm- it's the way he barely avoided the obvious that makes his songs so perfect to me. And that voice! I've never heard anyone sing just like that.

I stay inside almost all day now.
