HoroHoro
I loved HoroHoro, he was the idiot of the group especially as far as Ren was concerned. And I found him more funny than Chocolove ( Although looking at Chocolove that seems to have been the point) He was also a little hot-headed which I'm fairly sure is part of the whole Shonen male archetype. I like how he had a noble goal in wanting to become Shaman King, to save the Koro Pokkuru of which his spirit ally Kororo was one. And while I'm on the subject of her, Kororo was just too adorable to handle.
Harumi Fujiyoshi
When I first encountered her in Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, I thought I had a mangaka as a stalker..... In Nozomu's class, her label is "Likes ears, Addicted to pairing" She is a Yaoi fangirl who likes drawing Doujinshi. When she first meets Nozomu she ends up bowling him over, sending the armfull of Doujinshi she was carrying flying all over. He mistakes her drawings/Doujinshi as actual comics and loudly proclaims he used to draw Doujinshi himself when he was younger. Wires get crossed and she ends up taking her teacher to a form of comiket exclusively for yaoi Doujinshi. I find her completely and utterly hilarious.
Howard Link
He's quickly become one of my favourite D.Gray-man characters which is odd because I payed little to no attention to him when he first appeared in the manga. He seems to have an odd habit of growing on you like a fungus, My best friend though he looked creepy for the longest while and now seems to have warmed up to the idea of him. The idea of an inspector from the Vatican with an apparant love of baking, sent to keep an eye on Allen had me laughing and also waiting to see what he'd do next. He's most definitely involved in whatever Leverrier's planning, although I can see him just being a pawn and ending up screwed over/injured or sadly even killed.
His personality is creepily close to my father (Who actually resembles Tiedoll a little in appearance....). And friends who don't read D.Gray-man provide much luz over him.
Male friend: Who's that in your icon
Me: Link from D.Gray-man
Friend: His cheeks look like breasts....
Harley Quinn
The only non-manga charactaer out of the bunch. If you haven't ever read Batman, Harley Quinn can be called the "Girlfriend" Character to the Joker. She's more of a stalker really, in some stories she's a therapist, others an intern or nurse at Arkham Asylum. Who in any case falls desperately in love with the Joker durning his stay. She eventually adopts the alias Harley Quinn (Formerly Harleen Quinzel) after helping him escape. I paticularily enjoy her relationship with the Joker, which often borders on domestic/spouse abuse. With her desperately loving him even as he takes his frustrations out on her only to say something nice minutes later. I find her a fun character, oddly playfull even while helping the Joker commit horrible crimes.
Himawari Kunogi
She's horridly adorable. And I find her endless bad luck a little funny. I know it's bad, but I actually laughed when it caused Watanuki to fall out a window... I really have to catch up on the manga to see what happens with her.....
