I love cats too, I'm a total cat worshipping crazy person. But, you have to admit... there are some ugly cats out there. All squashed noses, droopy mouths, and angry looking eyes. Even a cat lover draws the line somewhere! Just kidding >_>

Exceptional writing! The only thing that bothered me was the abundance of -ly adjectives clustered in one paragraph, but that's just nit-picky details. I love that you put in a great amount of detail, but don't try to beat the reader in the face with visuals. Also points for Besany/Ordo!

As for flat faced cats... some have elegant, cute, pointed noses with pointed ears, but I've seen some that literally look like their faces have been smushed in. Ugliest cats I've ever seen. I want one. 8)
