Jonah whistled to himself on the way to Peg's apartment, his hands in his coat pockets. He was happy to be off of work and he was happy to be seeing her again. Peg shrugged again, looking at him for a moment before slowly taking the dress off again.

It broke his heart a little to realize that she didn't see herself that way. That she couldn't see what he saw.

"Can I convince you?" he asked, reaching up to touch one hand to her cheek.

He shook his head, giving her a small smile. "I don't know. I'd do anything," he said. "I want to take you places, show you things. Help you achieve you goals and dreams, I don't know. I want you to be happy."

Peg smiled against his lips, sliding her arms around him as well. This never stopped being a good distraction.
