Aw she isn't annoying. Her questions were written in a way that is not her fault but also the more I watch it the less This-Is-Expositiony they feel and it just seems more ordinary for her to ask them, as a student, and as the new addition to the team. I like that her questions feel chosen, like she doesn't just ask any old thing, she thinks about her curiosity and decides that This or That is the best question to ask or necessary. <3
Fairly sure I could stare all day....Wait, I did stare almost all day at some like this. Posted in inceptionfilm *Has a slight obsession*
Really anyone that comes across her at first will think she is just an annoying college student. But yeah, to me, she chooses her questions well. She wants to know exactly what she is getting into after all. Wish there was just more on her then asking questions. ;)
It does leave a lot of room for headcanon, which is almost aggravating sometimes because it must feel there are so many ways you could turn wrong but I think you have a good grasp on her and as long as it's that as well as you having fun then I think you're good.
Oh my goodness -- thank you!!!! You really oughtn't have. But wow thank you. That's so super sweet of you. I know I'm being extra repetitive but thank you very, very much. I was confounded when I got the notification and then I went OH...OH!
You're welcome! LOL! I love spending my tokens! You and Eames needed something cute little green drinks sent to you! The fact that you were willing to have him do this! PRICELESS! <333
HAHA well I have such a convoluted TITANIC'S worth of internal baggage for him that ultimately a night out with two people he does trust to a degree is not implausible and even though he figures he will never do it again, he thinks it's not as terrible an idea as it first seemed.
Granted not this song of course but if you can picture Arthur drunk, he is rather than a sloppy drunk just the kind of drunk that you can essentially equate to someone razed off of caffeine and maybe chilled down with some weed, to be clear. I'll do it in the prose too but that said he'll be a lot looser needless to say and I thought since Eames got to kiss Ariadne's hand being all BRITISH and whatnot, Arthur can dance her around a little a la: It's not a secret; why do you keep it? . Not exactly like that, but when I do get to the part in the log where he gets up on stage, well, during the second chorus when it's just a bunch of 'Here comes your man' repeats, he'll swing her around a bit.
Awwww Arthur and baggage. Just makes him even more lovable, just saying.
And she will pretty much be putty in his hands at that. And OMG I love that scene! That boy can dance! *Swoons hard*
You do realize Ariadne is going to try like hell to get that tie off of Arthur? She may be a giggly drunk but she still thinks she knows what she is doing.
And gah, looking over these quotes. I really don't know how they all put up with Ari and her annoying questions. ;)

Helps that she is tiny.

Yay for her being tiny and innocent looking!

HAHAHA yes he can -- Arthur's been holding out on you all; he just puts it all into his zero-g fighting usually, or something.
A VALIANT EFFORT will have to be made but I do not doubt her ability. Between her and Eames the tie might as well wave its white flag now.

Also known as: he has been holding out on everyone, though Dom probably knows and Mal probably did know.

Well, once Ariadne and Eames know that he can dance? He'll be hard-pressed to continue holding out, that's all I'm going to say.

Watch him do his damnedest. He will of course, you know.

And I'll watch him fail. Sweet, sweet failure. ;)

...sad, but true. Ultimately he is not destined to win that battle either -- not every time as he assumes will happen at least. Oh Arthur.
