I wouldn't call it lonely.
Even if it was - is, what is the purpose in announcing it? Curse logic says there doesn't have to be a purpose, period, and if we go with that then it just amounts to the same thing as all the other ones like this: a city-wide show and tell. Everyone's "lonely" at one point or another. Then it passes. You get over it or you work around it. Some people work through it. Writing it down in a formal piece of recognition isn't helpful either way.
Besides that, I still think there might be a glitch.
I don't think I'm lonely. Doesn't that count for something? What the hell. I've been too busy to be lonely.
Or I was, before this...place. Dream. Whatever.
Waking up is going to be interesting.
Considering a number of the other "curses", at the end of the day this could have been much worse.
I wish people would stop trying to hug me though, not that they can help it any more than I could avoid sending this to the network. I wonder if I'll be able to delete it once midnight comes.

Sometimes I wonder how they pick the daily affliction, and the picture I come up with is one of the deities shaking a Magic 8 Ball.
