It's a bad day
It's rainy and cold outside here and my plans for today have been totally washed down the drain and it just makes for one crappy day. I haven't seen my boyfriend in five weeks because he's been working California. Well, he was coming home this weekend and I was going to pick him up at the airport at 10:00am this morning. I was so excited to see him but my excitment was crushed when he called me to tell me that his flight was delayed and didn't know when it would leave. Then, he told me that he was delayed in Detroit for another 3 hours so I wasn't even able to pick him up from the airport! Grrr! We were suppose to spend time together before I went to work tonight and now I am not sure if I will get to see him until tomorrow night after work around 9:00pm! This stinks!
To make matters worse, I came to work this afternoon and found out that Bo Schembechler, legendary University of Michigan football coach, died. It truly is a sad day for me today.
