Well...
Dustin has been up here a few times now, and my family likes him! :) I am going to Missouri (his home) in April to meet his family. What a blast! They are so kute! I don't get to see him this weekend, but I did this past weekend and in 11 days!
This past weekend we had a BREAK from HAVING to do things. We did some shopping and cleaning and stuff, it was good times. :) We got two bala sharks, another oscar, and a 12' sucker fish for our tank! They are getting along well w/our bullies. :) Oscar (THE oscar, the older one) is HUGE and when you get ready to feed the fish, he JUMPS out and hits your hand! It's funny! :) The next weekend I get to see him is a BUSY weekend! Friday night (I get there on Friday) is the Young Marine's campout (Dustin is like their daddy..he's the head training staff person) into Sat. Sat night is the YM Valentine's potluck/dance/kareoke (spelling). Sunday is Motley Crue's concert un SC!! Takes about 5 hours to get down and 5 to get back..so we'll be "home" at like 5amish on Monday morning, so I'm taking that day off from work. :) It'll be great!
I finished my one long term sub job at Oakview as the Special Education 2nd grade person. Everyone wanted me to stay! They were a great team! But Debbie (the principal) liked me so much that she's offered me another long term sub job as the reading specialist (for most of the same kids as I was working with)!! That starts Monday and goes until March 30th! It's only mornings, so I can still do Appletree every afternoon! Work is going well right now. :) Wish I was actually able to be saving more money though. :-P Oh..when Debbie called me I think (*knocks on wood*) that she was hinting if I wasn't moving away this year (she's heard the rumors!) she will hire me (*knocks on wood*). I dunno 100%, but I know she really likes the work I do and she's offered me so many positions and knows me. :) That makes me happy to know I'm doing well. Julia (the last main teacher I worked w/for my long term job) said I was a natural and I was gonna do great in my own classroom (HA! Take that meanie red-headed supervisor that doesn't deserve her name to be printed!)!!!! So yeah..if I don't move for at least a year.................j/p..;)
Other then that..nothing really new to report. I'm doing Avon and it's going well. I'm not making a WHOLE lot since well..it is shopping..:-P Darn addictions! But Appletree parents love it. :)
Anyway..I guess that's about it! The sun is shining nicely on me right now..and I'm basking in it! I am well aware that the clouds will come, but I am def taking full advantage of the sun! :)
