Ireland

Wow..just got back last night/early this morning from our Ireland trip. What a whirlwind of traveling! On the train and on the ferry for SO long to get there and to get back. When we were there we were running all over trying to make sure everyone staid together and where they were supposed to be. Then drama hit and we paid for a hotel room but some of the girls were being all crazy like and so 6 of us decided to get a new hotel room but we still had to pay for the other one, and the new one was like 50 Euros (around $60). We all went out to the Pub and it was kinda blah, went to a different pub and it was the same, then we were too worn out and a little tipsy to go anywhere else so we ended up passed out in the hotel around 1am. get a phone call Sunday morning at 7.45am to get up we are going sightseeing again. Get up and dressed and showered and packed. We run down and eat breakfast then off again. Ferry and train back, had to change trains like 4 times and some of them were delayed..we got back around 12am..unpack and ready for bed..sleep around 1am wake up at 2:45am and back to bed..get up today at 6am for school. That was the weekend in short..w/o the drama and issues.

Ireland was beautiful from what we saw. We took a bus tour of the city..they told us about the bullet hole in one of the statues boobs on the main street, the bullet was from the Rebellion. The Spindle thing..called the erection in the intersection. It was really tall..in the morning on Sat it was so overcast we couldn't see the top of it. We saw the national zoo and the President's house. We stopped at a museum..an art museum..it was ok in there. Georgous silver display, a beautiful doll house, everything else was ok. We stopped at the Guiness factory and went on a tour. That's all on Sat. Oh..we also did some shopping that day. Sunday some of us went to St. Partick's Cathedral..MAGNIFICENT! It was amazing! I did some more shopping in there and that's about it.

I got to talk to Jason online for like a minute when i got home last night but i was too sleepy to stay online. He wrote me sweet e-mails though, so they made me smile. I cannot wait to be back in his arms. Kim and I were talking on the train and i was telling her about him..not details but more then she knew..and oh man I miss him even more then before. I keep thinking about days are passing and the closer i get to seeing him. After Easter break of 2 weeks, things are going to pick up i hope...by then I'll have about 3 1/2 weeks left to go and I'll be home! As of right now 45 days till I'min the states and 47 days till I see Jason! Not that bad compared to what it was..like 64? Something like that..the number is going down. :) Anyway, soon I'll get to see him, just not as soon as I would like. :) I bought him something this weekend! I hope he likes it.

I bought some souvaners for people finally...i hope they all like it! I'm sure no one is going to tell me they don't, but I hope they do. I have a few more things to get for people, but I made a good start! Everyone is talking about their families coming over and I miss mine so terribly much. :( I want to be home soon. I'm having fun, but like I've been telling people, I would have liked to do this for a shorter amount of time. 2 months of traveling AND teaching is a lot. If it was only traveling then 2 months would be kinda ok..but this is tough. But i signed up to do it and I am lucky to be able to, so 2 months it is. 45 more days. :) Home soon...
