escaping the clutches of work for vacation
It did seem possible earlier this week.. after working on Vacation days that I would be able to get away for the remainder of an actual vacation.
I've been very angry at work lately.. The folks in India that took over so many jobs just don't really seem up to the task. Because of them I've had to do work for them.. Not train them, no, Work their jobs.
The miserable task of doing someone elses job, plus my own has never stacked up in my mind as a good thing.
I should feel so blessed to have a job still, and so happy.. How does one get happy about working most weekends, and 10+ hour days about 4 times a week?
I do beleive it should get better, but I don't see it happening yet.. My new co-workers in the South have been working under a huge load for 6 months.. I got included 3 months ago.
Seems they have been getting more and more sick, yet still working on vacation days just like me.
My spirits fell a bit, felt down when I got a voicemail from one of them asking for more work. :(
