So whoa, we have this visual requirement thingy of 30 sit-ups, rest, and 10 more; 15 leg lifts, rest, and 7 more; 12 regular pushups, 12 wider pushups, and 5 diamond pushups.
I did them all tonight.:) Normally my abs are really sucky, but I managed to do them so I'm happy.
Plus at noonish I held up my horn a lot after lunch while playing through some stuff and actually sounded pretty good.
It feels good to be getting into good physical and playing shape again.:) I need to seriously get running though, that's gonna be a problem if I don't start working my way up to a decent distance soon.
On a side note, classes aren't too bad and I still don't have a thing to do for any of them.:P Jealous?8)
