Creature of the night no more.
On Tuesday night several momentous things happened. Manchester United were beaten 4-0 by Kate Bush in the Capital One Cup, MK Dons gave a triumphant and critically-acclaimed concert at the Hammersmith Apollo (I may be slightly wrong on the details, I was a little distracted), and I retired.
It was my last night at work ever. From now on I can concentrate on writing. And I can sleep at night and be awake in that mysterious, strangely bright, period known as ‘daytime’. What was that strange glowing object I saw in the sky?
