[SPRMB] a note about author sign-ups
Hi, everyone!
I'm starting to put together the matching chart for SPRMB and wanted to mention some things that have come up with author sign-ups:
* Please only sign up once, either through email or on LJ (not both). This will help avoid confusion and accidental double listing of participants. If you're concerned that your sign-up didn't go through, you can send an inquiry to southparkbigbang @ gmail.com and we'll be happy to confirm.
* Please be sure you've included both sections of the form (name/contact/site info and art choices).
* Please use the Art ID numbers when signing up. Using character and pairing names makes extra work for Miaou. More important, it makes us think you haven't taken the time to read through the art information and make choices. TL;DR, if you don't use the Art ID numbers, we'll ask you to redo your sign-up. :/
* Please respect and adhere to the 5 choice minimum for "prefer to write" and the 8 choice maximum for "prefer not to write." I promise you it's not a whim but is based on experience of what makes things hair-tearingly difficult for your coordinators. ;) If you can't find 5 pictures that interest you or if there are more than 8 that don't grab you, please consider signing up as a pinch hitter only, where you'll have the option of going for assignments on an individual basis.
