When in New York City....
So I was thinking this morning about how much I love my weekends in New York. I love how relaxed I am here. Maria is so great, and believe it or not, I love hanging out with my dad and Maria. Sitting on the stoop and drinking homemade cappuccino and talking about things. They are both so smart and have seen so much of the world. It's really nice to have this time with my dad since I spent so much of my younger years clinging to my mom for dear life. (Funny how things change, isn't it?) Anyway, I was thinking about New York and all the things that you can do here. So I decided to make a list of all the things one (mostly targeted towards girls) should do when in New York City.
When in NYC...
1. Paint your nails a crazy color
2. Buy something you wouldn't normally buy
3. Eat at a new and exciting restaurant
4. Go to a club and listen to live music
5. Wear high heels to go shopping
6. Wear big, dramatic sunglasses
7. Walk like you're a model and 5 ave. is your runway
8. See a show on Broadway
9. See a show off off Broadway
10. Go to an art gallery
11. Take the subway
12. Sit on a stoop in the early morning drinking cappuccino
13. Wander around in the bustle of Times Square
14. Buy something from a street vendor
15. Go to Saks and pretend to be rich(even though you're not really)
16. Walk over the Brooklyn Bridge
17. Climb up the Empire State Building
Well that's all I have for now. I would love to hear what other people think.

Alrighty, I'm off to H&M to buy a dress for coronation and then a late lunch with Anthony, then some club thing to see John Cale perform.
