(no subject)
as of this past christmas i have gotten on the hugest kevin smith kick ever...
it all started when i was presented an early birthday present, a dogma poster from my aunt.
this resulted in watching dogma repeatedly while i was in florida.
i then came home and in the span of two days read his book of essays (silent bob speaks).
after reading this i was delighted to find out that i had indeed brought home his other book (my boring ass life, the uncomfortably candid diary of kevin smith).
tomorrow i will be heading to blockbuster where i will proceed to rent any of his movies that they have in stock (including dogma seeing as i have had mine for exactly 5 years and it is scratched to hell).
now this may seem off topic, but trust me it is not...
robin (my roommate) loves jude appatow.
her life goal is to write for him and be inducted into what is fondly called "the appatow mafia."
the group includes paul rudd, jonah hill, seth rogan, and robin's one true love michael cera.
if this could happen to me, only replace judd appatow with kevin smith, i would be in heaven.
we also each have lists of whose child we would like to be.
up until now my list only really contained billie joe armstrong and tony hawk (don't ask about the second one).
despite his girth that list now also contains kevin smith.
am i too old to be adopted?
