This house is a 3 bed 2 bath with a nice full sized garage. It's a bank owned foreclosure so the price has dropped from an original $317,000 when the original owner bought it to $199,900! It needs a little landscaping, but that's no big deal considering the state of the inside of the house! Cross your fingers and hope we get it!
