4. The sum of the digits of a 2 digit number is 14. If the digits are reversed, the number 18 is less than the original number.

12. If the dimensions of a rectangular lot are increased by 3, the perimeter is increased by 12. If the dimensions are decreased by 2, the perimeter is decreased by 10. Find the dimensions.
>>> Dimensions as in (2L + 3) + (2W + 3), or as in 2(L+3) + 2(W+3)?
16. Two buses leave the same terminal and travel in opposite directions. The first bus travels at the speed of 10 minutes faster than the other. After 3 hours, they are 300km apart. Find the time traveled by each.

17. Rico walks at 3 kilometer per hour towards Antipolo. His friend John starts biking towards the same direction at the rate of 8kph. At what time will John overtake Rico?
