One step forward, and two steps back.
- I applied to work at the TreasureChest Casino as a seamer (wardrobe) but I didn't get it. They actually called me back though- I was friggin amazed- every other job I havn't gotten they never called me again. The guy who interviewed me said he really liked me and my resume, but that they went for the girl with more expericance. Which I figured.
- However same day as my interview I got a call from Bennett's asking me back. So I'm starting there again on Monday. Same routine as before- only now we'll be getting in a lot more people, and we will be opened on Sundays. I get to work the 9th and the 23rd. But hey more money. Which is good since I'm totally broke.
- I keep thinking about going to pastry school. I know that I'd really like to be my own boss someday, and I think I can picture myself doing it- but I'm not sure. I need to talk to my Mom's friend Gail about her brother's bakery. She thinks she can get him to take me on for a week so I can see if its something I really want to do.
- And finally- what the hell do I get my family for Christmas???? No clue at all.
