Captain Jack Sparrow wins, 2 in a row!
Last night I went to the midnight release of the DVD like a pirate dork, all dressed up as Captain Jack Sparrow. I have been working on that costume since September and on even after Halloween because I intend to wear it to a convention in Chicago called ACEN. It's an anime convention which I'm not a big fan of anime but my friend insured me that I could dress up like a pirate and run arround terrorizeing people...and that there would be much rum.
Anyways...the store where they had the release at had a costume contest and I got first place! $45 DOLLAR GIFT CERTIFFICATE!! Whoo!! I was so happy I was like, "You mean I can buy the 2 disc set AND rum?? This make me happy!!"
Lol there is more to this insaine story involveing a tricycle, a hobby horse, Captain Morgan and a plunger. But I will explain that latter. Right now I need to go to Best Buy and collect their free trinkets as well.
